Federal Register notice. This rulemaking action has been taken in response to a petition for rulemaking submitted by mb-microtec, Inc. The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on September 19,1997 (62 FR 49173).
The following is a summary of this request:

Iltle: REVISION OF 10 CFR 32.14(d) TO PLACE TIMEPIECES CONTAINING GASEOUS TRITIUM LIGHT SOURCES (GTLS) ON THE SAME REGULATORY BASIS AS TIMEPIECES CONTAINING TRITIUM PAINT 2.
