CHAPTER 8 EMERGENCY PLAN GE-Wilmington shall maintain a capability for. handling emergencies in accordance with the Radiological Contingency & Emergency Plan, submitted to the NRC on August 27, 1981, and as revised on October 30, 1987, in accordance with regulatory provisions.
GE will make no changes to the Plan which would decrease its effectiveness without prior approval of the Commission.
Changes, which do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan, will be reported within six months of the change to the Chief, Uranium Fuel Licensing Branch, Division of Fuel Cycle & Material Safety, Washington, D. C.,-20555.
O The requirements of the Plan shall be implemented through approved written procedures maintained by the licensee.
