These pages include the proposed incorporation of the Elevated F* Steam Generator Tube Repair Criteria (originally submitted September 24,1996) updated for the latest revision to the PINGP TS (which includes the previously approved amendment to include alternate repair criteria for steam generator tubes). The evaluation of the proposed changes (e.g., determination of significant hazards considerations and environmental assessment) remains unchanged kom that submitted September 24,1996. /
