I have concurred in this amendment subject to a

suggested revision to the SE.

On p.

2, you refer to Schedule B

as

'containing, among other items, "NRC-mandated" items.

This seems to be an inappropriate description, since the NRC mandated items (e.g.,

rules, orders) are all supposed to be in Schedule A.

Dased upon the incoming, the more appropriate description would be:

" Regulatory items... identified by NRC which have implementation dates committed to by Iowa Electric...."

Please make revisions to the SE to reflect the more accurate description.
