MODIFICATION NO. 5 TO TASK ORDER NO. 28 ENTITLED
- TECHNICAL BASIS FOR LICENSE RENEWALS" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
The purpose of this modification is to (1) revise the deliverable date for submittal of the Task 2b draft letter report and revised letter report, and the draft final report and revised final report, and (2) extend the expiration date of the subject Task Order from June 30,1998 to December 31, 1998 at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
An extension _to the previously scheduled delivery dates for the reports required under Task 2b, and an extension to the expiration date of the this Task Order are necessary due to delays in funding provided for this project.
Under Section 8.0 entitled " DELIVERABLES / SCHEDULE AND/OR MILESTONES", of the Statement of Work for this Task Order, the delivery dates are changed as follows:
Task 2b draft letter is due August 17,1998; Task 2b revised letter report is due September 21, 1998; revised final report is due October 31,1998, and the revised final report is due December 31,1998.
This modification does not obligate any funds for this Task Order. In addition, the issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of $281,847.00.
