EXPlRATION OF CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-95-078 ENTITLED, "A HIGH RESOLUTION CD: TE ARRAY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR MEASURING CONTAMINATION IN SOILS" Dear Mr. Metzger.
The subject contract expired on July 11,1997, and we are initiating closeout action. Please Please submit your expiration / completion invoice for the final billing period under the contract for provisional reimbursement, as provided for in the contract, in an original and three copies to:

Neff Division of Contracts and Property Management Contract Management Branch 2 MS T-712 Washington, D.C. 20555 If you have previously submitted your expiration / completion final invoice, please include the date and number of such invoice in your reply.
Also, please complete the following forms / reports / documents if applicable to, or required by, your contract. If negative reports are appropriate, you should provide statements to that effect.
These items should be retumed to the above address within fifteen (15) days of the date of this letter.
