3. Molycorp, Washington, Pennsylvania

4. Whitaker Metals, Greenville, Pennsylvania

5. W. R. Grace, Ponpton P1ains New Jersey

6. Kerr-McGee, Gest Chicago, Illinois The above licensees are some that immediately come to mind. We will canvas the NRC mcords to see if additional sites can be identified. Also, there is some question as to whether Agreement State ifcensees will fall under 151(c); R. Fonner recommands that we ask ELD for a legal opinion on a specific site. Since Wah-Chang Teledyne in Albany, Oregon has been mentioned. FC will request ELD's opinion on this site. If sites in Agreement States are covered, additional sites may need to be added to this list.
