Attached are one original and three copies of the Palisades Nuclear Plant Security Plan, Revision 41. This attachment includes a description of, and justification for, the changes included in Revision 41 and the revised pages to be entered into the Plan.
Consumers Energy Company has determined that the changes contained in Revision 41 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Palisades Security Plan.
' Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Information contained in the attachment to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information. Therefore, Consumers Energy requests that it be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c).
