AGENDA FOR CRGR MEETING NO. 325 The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet on Tuesday, July 21,1998, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in Room T-3B39. The agenda is as follows:
9:00 am - 10:00 am W. Kane (NMSS) will brief the CRGR on oroposed rulemaking related to 10 CFR 71, " Packaging and Transportation of Radioac+ive Material," and 10 CFR 72, " Licensing Requirements for the Independent Storage of Spent Nuclear Fuel and High Level Radioactive Waste." The issue concerns requiring an authorized nuclear inspector QC for dual purpose cask system fabrication, and the SFPO staff wishes to get the Committee's perspective on this proposal.
10:00 am - 2:00 pm G. Lainas (NRR) will present for CRGR review and endorsement j
the SG tube integrity package. The review material (CRGR ltem No.184) was sent to the members on Apnl 22,1998. The briefing h
on this topic took place on June 12,1998 at the CRGR Meeting No.322.
