NRC-04-93-061 Modification No.10 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through August 31,1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Govemment. The contract is extended to allow the contractor sufficient time to complete the final report. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Section F.6, Duration of Contract Period, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

"This contract shall commence on July 7,1993, and will expire on August 31,1998."

All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of $408,288 remain unchanged.

A summary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action, are as follows:
