Facility License No. R 52, Docket 50-113 Change in the Physical Security Plan for the University of Arizona Nuclear Reactor Laboratory Notification is hereby made of changes in our Physical Security Plan for the University of Arizona Nuclear Reactor Laboratory, subject to 10CFR50.54(p). One change redefines the service organization for the intrusion alarm system as identified in the Physical Security Plan. Another change describes an additional door which was added to the intrusion alarm system.
The name of the service organization for fire alarm maintenance has changed. To climinate the need for future changes in the Physical Security Plan, the intrusion alarm system service organization will be referred to as "the University contracted fire alarm maintenance organization."
Section 9 was added to identify room 20B, a sub-basement room. The door to room 20A (which allows access to room 20B)is added to the intrusion alarm system.
These changes have been reviewed by the Reactor Committee pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p)(2) and the Committee has determined that the changes do not decrease L
the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan. These changes appear on pages 3,5 and 10 of the draft of revision 6 of the physical Security Plan. Due to the addition of section 9, the complete document needed to be re-printed.
