APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO ATTORNEY GENERAL JAMES M. SHANNON'S PETITION FOR REVIEW OF ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD DECISION OF OCTOBER 1, 1987. ALAB-875 Under date of October 16, 1987, the Attorney General of the commonwealth of Massachusetts has filed a petition for i

Petition at 4.
It is not claimed that the Appeal Board erred on its l
