Decommissioning Plan Errata Sheet The Westinghouse Test Reactor (TR-2) Final Decommissioning Plan should be revised as follows:
- 1. Pg. 2 Figure 2-13 "WTR Decommissioning Project Responsibility Matrix" should be replaced with Rev 1 to Figure 2-13, see attached.
- 2. Pg. A Technical Specification Section 6.2.3 (B) " Proposed changes to the facility or to procedures required by Specification 6.4, that..." should be revised to read " Proposed changes to the facility or to procedures required by Specification 6.3, that..."
- 3. Pg. A Technical Specification Section 6.4 " Experiments Reviews and Approvals" replace " Experiments may be conducted without prior NRC Approval...
