NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 50-280/98-05, 50-281/98-05
Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
On June 13, 1998, the NRC completed an inspection at your Surry Units 1.
and 2 reactor facilities. The enclosed report presents the results of that
inspection.

During the six-week period covered by this inspection period, your conduct of
activities at the Surry facilities was generally characterized by safety-
conscious operations, sound engineering and maintenance practices, and proper
radiological work controls.
