PROCRAM Enclosed is a copy of the revised ISI Program Surveillance Instruction (SI) 114.1, revision 9, for SQN unit 1.
This revision supersedes revision 7 transmitted to you on December 10, 1986.
Revision 8 was made to comply with the newly added program of the Nuclear Quality Assurance Manual, Part I, Section 2.16, requiring use of Condition Adverse to Quality Reports. The changes in revision 9 are a result of our American Society of Mechanical EngineersSection XI Code Classes 1, 2, and 3 (equivalent) boundary reclassification effort.
In accordance with a letter of agreeanent dated April 14, 1980, SQN is providing these current status updates to support NRC review and preparation of a safety evaluation report for SQN's ISI Program. No new relief requests are included in this update.
