11/16/87, under.the provision of 10 CFR 2 740 (s).We hereby submit our opposition to PEco's objection. and motion for a protective order.
We ask the Board to consider that we have requested on'ay essential mat-erial without which our appeal of the granting of a license amendment to PEco cill be almost completely restricted and handicapped.
