REJECTION OF

DISPOSITION MOTION AND FOR EXPEDITED-CONSIDERATION." In their motion Interveners request the Board on an q
expedited basis to summarily reject LILC0's Motion for Sumary
-f Disposition of the WALK Radio Issue which was filed on November 6,1987.
l Imediate action was expected with Interveners standing by to have the matter considered in a telephone conference call if requested by the Board. No party has yet had an opportunity to respond to Interveners' motion.
The Board has considered the request for expedited consideration contained in Interveners' motion and concludes that that request should be denied because 10 C.F.R. 2.749(c) provides an adequate method for responding to LILCO's motion for sumary disposition in circumstances C
