The purpose of this modification is to revise Section G.2 Overhead / General and Administrative Rates to read as follows:

G.2 Overhead / General and Administrative Rates A.

Pending the establishment of final overhead rates, subject to Paragraph C below, which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indi' ect costs hereunder at r
