for a one-week extension of time in which to respond to the July 6,1998 Supplement to Intervention Petition filed by the Citizens Regulatory Commission (CRC). This extension is needed because Staff counsel did not receive the Supplement mailed by CRC. After a telephone conversation with counsel for CRC, a facsimile copy was received from CRC just before 11:00 AM on July 15, 1998.
