Er. closure ULNRC-3858 Page1 7/09/1998 AmerenUE has endorsed the Nuclear Energy Institute's Guideline for.Wnaging NRC Commitments. The Guideline has been incorporated into Callaway procedure APA-ZZ-00540, Commitment Management Program. The following Callaway Commitments deleted between refuel eight, November,1996 and refuel nine, May, 1998 meet the criteria of the NEl Guideline for those Commitments deleted or revised requiring NRC notification within the next refuel outage interval summary report.
CTSN 41866 and 41885. These Commitments incorporate requirements from the Callaway Plant Process Control Program for the solidification of radioactive waste. These Commitments may be deleted because Callaway Plant no longer solidifies radioactive waste.
CTSN 43262. This Commitment was made to ensure the requirements of NRC Generic Letter 95-07 were completed. Pursuant to GL 95-07, the evaluation of safety related power operated gate valves potentially susceptible to thermal binding and pressure locking has been completed. This Commitment may be deleted as all the requirements associated with GL 95-07 are complete.
