- test report for surveillance capsule "U".'
This report was-submitted in accordance - with 10CFR50, -Appendix H and plant' Technical Specifications.
LAs noted. in Reference 3, an error in the calculations for
- determining ~ the reference nil-ductility temperature (RTNDT) using' Regulatory. Guide'l.99 methodology was found.
This error'resulted
. in the submittal of-incorrect plant hectup and cooldown curves.

Included as-an. attachment to this letter is the corrected surveillance' capsule report (WCAP-ll374, Revision 1) entitled
" Analysis of Capsule U from Union Electric Company Callaway.
Unit 1 Reactor-Vessel. Radiation Surveillance Program".
This WCAP issue.provides revised plant heatup and cooldown operating limit curves and the correction to the Regulatory Guide 1.99 RTNDT calculations.
This transmittal supersedes the original issue of WCAP-ll374.
