2 MR. CUMMING: FEMA counsel would note for the 3 record that the heavy green lines are not keyed, so I'm not 4 certain what they represent.

5 MR. MILLER: Judge Frye, here is that I'm 6 willing to say. This map has a very limited purpose, to 7 show the deployment locations of road crew vehicles once 8 they leave the staging areas so that we can somehow relate 9 those locations to the scena of the impediment.

10 I will be more than happy, following this trial, 11 or at least the trial of this issue, to have this map 12 reduced so we can bind it into the record. But, I could not 13 do that until we finish.

14 JUDGE FRYE: Oh, okay. I think that will  ;

16 MR. MILLER: I will be happy to do that. It 17 will be done some time in the f uture but certainly before 18 the end of the proceedings.
