Gentlemen:
At the Board's request, I am enclosing two floppy diskettes which contain "LILCO's Proposed Findings of Fact and Ccqclusions of Law on the February 13, 1986 Emergency Planning Exer.lise for
'Shoreham" that were filed with the Board and on all parties on August 3, 1987.
The diskettes contain only LILCO's proposed findings and do not includr the appendices to those f*ndings or LILCO's brief on Contention EX 19.
It is our understanding that counsel for Suffolk County will supply the Board with a diskette containing the contentions (Appendix A in the Appendices volume).
If the Board desires to have the remaining appendices or LILCO's brief on Contention EX 19 on a floppy diskette, LILCO will pro-duce them for the Board.
