Commissioner Diaz recommends that the last two paragraphs (page 2) of the SRM you distributed last night be deleted and substituted by the following paragraph:

This policy is effective immediately.

The Commission, therefore, directs pursuant to this policy that the presently scheduled commissioner shall head the Executive Team for the March 3, 1998 exercise.
