By letter dated March 26, 1987, your Corporation submitted Addendum 2 to Revision 2 of Topical Report No. WCAP-10266 entitled " BASH Methodology Improvements and Reliability Enhancements" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J. requests for review of topical reports 'and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150. Subsequently, companies are billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to

$20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. Your March 26, 1987 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, your Corporation is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
