AMENDMENTS TO PARTS 11 AND 25 - FEE SCHEDULES We make these changes to Parts 11 and 25 each time OPM raises its costs of investigations. We're allowed to do this under an agreement with the EDO without having to make a formal request for rulemaking each time. The amendments will adjust the fees charged to licensees for access authorizations or security clearances. These amendments will be published as a final rule without a public comment period.
