The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funds as indicated below:

Section Goll Consideration, Paragraph "B" is revised to read as follows:

"B.

The total funds currently available for issuance of individual task orders under this contract is increased by $25,000.00 from $3,260,000.00 to

$3,285,000.00.

For further provisions on funding, see the Limitation of Funds Clause 52.232-2 referenced in Part II - Contract Clause,Section I."

All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of $5e240,000.00, shall remain the same.

Except as provided herein, all terms and Conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A of 10A, as heretofore changed, remains uncnanged and in f ull force and ef fect.
