On 6-23-98 at 1555 CDT, the Plant Shift Superintendent was notified that classified information was discovered on an unclassified computer during the cizssified matenal sweep of the plant. The information had not been properly protected to prevent its compromise. This information was discovered in the Controlled Access Area and access was limited. The information was revewed and determined to conta:n classifed information.
The computer files were sanitized by Computer Services personnel.
This evsnt report is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 95.57(b) regarding the compromise, or possible compromise, of National Secunty Information and/or Restncted Data or classifed documents not falling within 10 CFR 95.57(a) This is a grouped report and NRA should ensure that this rsport is submitted to the NRC as required by UE2-RA-RE1030, Rev. 2, AppendN D, Criter a L.4, Note 1.

On 6-25-98 at 1640 CDT, the Plant Shift Superintendent was notified that two documents had been found dunng the etasmfied matenal sweep of the plant whicli were not property marked as to classification and had not been properly protected to prevent compromise. The document was discovered in the C-100 vault (a classified repository). The document had been brought from within the plant to the C-100 vault. but had not been protected prior to delivery to the C-100 vault. The document was reviewed and determined to contain classified information. The documents were property destroyed.

On 6 25-98 at 1648 CDT, the Plant Shift Superintendent was notrfied that two documents had bee plant which were not property marked as to classification and had not been property protected to preven discovered in the C-100 vault (a classified repository). The documen destroyed.
This event report is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 95.57 this report is submitted to the NRC as required by UE2-RA-RE1030, Rev. 2, Appendix 0. Critena L.4. Note 1.
The NRC Senior Resident inspector has been notified of this event.
