NRC Administrative Letter 98-03 requested a simple numerical estimate of the licensing actions expected to be submitted in the remainder of Fiscal Year (FY) 1998 and an estimate of the licensing actions expected to be submitted in FY 1999. We estimate the submittal of ten (10) licensing actions in the remainder of FY 1998 and twenty (20) licensing actions in FY 1999 for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station. In addition, the t
licensing actions that are expected to generate complex reviews through the end of FY 1999, include spent fuel rack expansion application, power uprate request and improved Technical Speedication (ITS) submittal.
