In the Matter of Private Fuel Storage, L.L.C.
Docket No. 72-22-ISFSI
Dear Ms. Chancellor:
In response to your letter of July 6,1998 concerning PFS' transmittal of NRC licensing documents to the State, our records indicate that the license amendment was sent by U.S. mail to Dianne R. Nielson, Department of Environmental Quality, and to Gove ar Leavitt on May 22.
In view of the fact that you have not been able to locate these docuracuts, we have express mailed an additional set to you. And, as we discussed on the telephone yesterday, we will substitute you for Ms. Nielsen as the addressee for future PFS submittals to the NRC.
'With respect to the comments in your letter concerning the proposed confidentiality agreement, I believe that our telephow call yesterday resolved your concerns. The agreement is being redrafted in accordance with our discussion by PFS' corporate counsel and we will forward it to you when it is available.
' cerely,
