for the NRC to issue a press release responding to the report as suggested in Tom Rehm's May 19 memorandum to Murley, Jordan, Beckjord, Lieberman, Murray and Mcdonald.

However, this office should and will be prepared to use " Issue / Comment" paper which you prepared, or the final version of it, to respond to inquiries from the news media.
