'the NRC regarding the opening of the Shoreham Nuclear Power. Plant are thereby )

kept from.the public; now, therefore, be it .j l

RESOLVED, that this' Legislature hereby requests the'NRC to open up l its regular meetings to the pubilc .in connection with the licensing of the i Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant and fully disclose its records and minutes of previously held meetings-in connection with the same;' and be it further 1

RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Legislature is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to each of the' five (5) commissioners of the i

NRC.
