There are all symptoms of atomic spill in this area...
I am alarmed that apparantly inspectors of your unit have not been able to penetrate or have not been informed of a possible spill.
Nearby..a machine resembling a breather.for an air conditioner..with stack and periscope.
Recently a workman replaced a stack part. Now the grass there is burned to brown color.
l I suggest also that the Red River of North Dakota's

Nearby in Minnesota is Prairie Island nuclear installation and it is reported in a newspaper that they had trouble
