As required by Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.c, the attached report provides a description of investigations conducted to determine the cause of Calvert Cliffs Unit 2 Steam Generator tube degradation seen during the recent March / April 1987 Inservice Inspection and provide information about corrective measures taken to prevent recurrence.
