UPDATED. FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT (UFSAR), AMENDMENT 16 AND FIRE PROTECTION REPORT, REVISION 8 Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e) (4), TVA is submitting Amendment 16 of the BFN UFSAR.
TVA considers Amendment 16 as an annual update of the BFN UFSAR.
The previous update of the BFN UFSAR, Amendment 15 (voluntary update), was submitted by TVA letter dated November 21, 1997.- Amendment 16 reflects changes to the site that occurred between the period of July 15, 1997, to January 16, 1998.
As a result of the conversion of the 4
UFSAR word processing program, changes in fonts, and formatting, TVA is issuing Amendment 16 in its entirety.
TVA is a'so submitting Revision eight to the BFN Fire Protection Report in its entirety.
This revision is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e) (2) as stipulated by Generic Letter 88-12.
