Gentlemen:
Enclosed is an application for an Amendment to the Davis-Besse' Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Operating License No. NPF-3, Appendix A, Technical Specifications. Also enclosed are requested changes to the Bases.
This application requests that the Technical Specifications and Bases be revised to reflect the changes attached. The. proposed changes involveL correcting typographical and administrative errors.
Toledo Edison requests that the Techitical Specification Amendment, along with the Bases changes, be issued by April 30, 1988,for implementation within 30 days thereafter.
Enclosed is a check for $150 as required by 10CFR170.12(c)'for a License Amendment application.
