The next day, we decided this should be an investigation instead of an inquiry and sent you another Allegation Data Form relecting this change, namely, case number Q4-84-047 to 4-84-047.

01 headquarters has advised me that they want to further evaluate the information in this case. During this interim period, case number 4-84-047 will not be reflected on our records as an active investigation; however, once this decision is made by headquarters, number 4-84-047 will remain the case number for this investigation.
