01 CASES Q4-84-047 and 4-84-047 Recently, the 01 field office opened case Q4-84-047 and gave you an Allegation Data Form reflecting this case number. The next day, we decided this should be an investigation instead of an inquiry and sent you another Allegation Data Form relecting this change, namely, case number Q4-84-047 to 4-84-047.
01 headquarters has advised me that they want to further evaluate the information in this case. During this interim period, case number 4-84-047 will not be reflected on our records as an active investigation; however, once this decision is made by headquarters, number 4-84-047 will remain the case number for this investigation.
