Contract No. NRC-09-94-202 The purpose of this modification is to increase the level of effort in the task order in accordance with the Contrator's cost proposal dated June 9, 1998: increase the amount obligated in the task order by $9,060.00, from
$80.882.00 to $89,942.00; and increase the task order ceiling by $9,060.00, l
from $80,882.00 to $89.942.00. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first paragraph, second sentence, beginning with "The total cost... "
is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The task order ceiling is $89,942.00, of which $83,280.00 represents i
the reimbursable costs and $6,662.00 represents the fixed fee."
