(2) DPC Letter, Taylor to Docket Control Desk, LAC-12234, dated May 22, 1987 In accorde.nce with Reference 1, a revision to the LACBWR Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) is enclosed, which is up to date as of a maximum of six months prior to July 1987.
Enclosed is one signed original and twelve additional co ies of the latest revisions to the LACBWR FSAR, dated July 1987, nunoered 88 thru 100. Certification of the accuracy and completeness is included with the revised pages of the FSAR.
I The plant was permanently shut down on April 30, 1987.
This update reflects the plant condition prior to shutdown.
This is expected to be the last FSAR revision, so that the FSAR will reflect the plant as it was prior to any decommissioning activities. Dairyland Power Cooperative submitted a request for the plant's license to be changed to a possession-only license in Reference 2.
A decommissioning plan will be submitted which will cover the future status of the plant.
