This modification is issued to:
(1) correct a typographical error on previous modification dated September 30, 1987; (2) add incremental funding in the amount of
$200,000.00 and (3) change the Project Officer.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Block 2, Modification dated September 30, 1987, effective September 30, 1987, is revised to read "Four."
2.
The amount obligated by the Commission is hereby increased by $200,000.00, from
$984,000.00 to $1,184,000.00.
