NRC-31-90-266 Modification No.12 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to decrease the funds obligated in the contract by $3,537.56 from $203,160.71 to $199,623.15. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation, paragraph b, first sentence, as modified in Modification No.11 is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"b. The amount presently obligated by the NRC with respect to this contract is
$199,623.15."
