. Request (ROPCR) No. 38 which requests amendment to Operating Licensing No.
OPR-73. These documents were originally submitted via GPU Nuclear letters 410-87-L-0042 dated April.23,1987, and 4410-87-L-0041 dated April 14, 1987, respectively. This revision incorporates the responses to five (5) of the six (6) comments provided by NRC TMICPD letter NRC/TMI-87-073 dated September 25, 1987, and replaces the relevant Technical Specifications and Recovery Operations Plan pages previnusly submitted.
The response to the remaining comment will be submitted at a later date.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for the j
proposed TSCR and R0PCR revision.
