APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Boston Edison Company Docket No. 50-293 Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station License No. DPR-35 As a result of the inspection conducted on September 14-18, 1987, and in
' accordance Enforce:::ent with Actions,"the "10 General Statement CFR Part of C 2 Appendix Policy (and Procedure for NRCEnforcemen the following violation was identified:
10 CFR 19.11 (a) requires, in part, that each licensee post current copies of any Notice of Violation involving radiological working conditions. 10 CFR 19.11 (c) requires that the copies be posted within 2 working days after receipt of the documents.
Contrary to the above, as of September 17, 1987, a Notice of Violation, dated August 24, 1987 and received by the licensee on September 3, 1987 was not posted.
