Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J. requests for review of topical reports l
and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150. Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f))
for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. Your October 30, 1984 request was not accompa-nied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, your Corporation is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
