As per MEMORANDUM AND ORDER dated Oct. 9, 1987 AWPP replies late because Chairman Frank R.

Romano, on account of weather, which closed the Mos ow, Russia airport, could not be in the U.S.

to answer the deadline of Oct. 21, 1987.

Further delay in return-ing to the U.S. over picking up mail at 61 Forest Ave which is only a mailing address and not my home prevented me from replying Sooner.

First, AWPP moves that the Board summarily disposes of Phila-delphia Electric's request the instant ammendment and, Sec#ondly, AWPP seeks to exercise Discovery, otherwise.
