As per MEMORANDUM AND ORDER dated Oct. 9, 1987 AWPP replies late because Chairman Frank R. Romano, on account of weather,  ;

which closed the Mos ow, Russia airport, could not be in the U.S.

to answer the deadline of Oct. 21, 1987. Further delay in return-ing to the U.S. over picking up mail at 61 Forest Ave which is only a mailing address and not my home prevented me from replying Sooner.

First, AWPP moves that the Board summarily disposes of Phila-delphia Electric's request the instant ammendment and, Sec#ondly, AWPP seeks to exercise Discovery, otherwise.
