Dear Mr. Beach:
Mr. Steven M. Livingston, Docket Number 55-8726 License Number SOP-30783 had a restriction placed on his original Senior Reactor Operator License date October 1,1987. The medical condition documented no longer exists and it is requested that the Nuclear Regulatory 1
Commission (NRC) remove the restriction from the operator's license. The license restriction has been removed administratively as discussed with Ms. Mary Ann Bies of your staff on June 18,1998. A revised Medical Certification (Form NRC-396) for Mr. Livingston is attached.
Details concerning the medical condition are considered confidential and are available onsite for NRC review.
