In view of NRC's response to this request, no further action a being taken on appealletter dated PART ll.A-INFORMATION WITHHELD FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE Certain information in the requested records a being withheld from public declosure pursuant to the FOIA exemptions desenbed in and for the reasons stated in Part 11. sec-tions B, C, and D. Any released portions of the documents for which only part of the record s being withheid are being made available for pubhc inspection and copying in the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street. N W., Washington, DC, in a folder under this FOIA number and requester name-Comments GE held a press conference on July 24s 1987 at which time GE made the report public.
GE also provided copies of the two-volume Reed Report to NRC for response to the current F0IA request we received for the report. A copy of the two-volume report which GE made available to NRC is enclosed.
The staff is unable to locate the C. P. Cohen Containment Study report.
