On 6-15-98 at OSOS CDT, the Phnt Shift Superintendent was notified that a drawir.g had been found during the classified material sweep of the plant which was not properly marked t to its cMssification and had not been properly protected to prevent its compromise. This document was dtcovered in the C-100 vault (a classifie. repository). The document had been brought to the C-100 vault on 10-14-97, but had not been protected pnor to that date. This drawing was reviewed today and determined to contain Confidential-Restricted Data (CRD). The document was properly destroyed.

This event report is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 95.57(b) regarding the compromise or possible compromise of Natior 6 See,unty informauon and/or Restricted Data or classified documents not falling within 10 CFR 95 57(a). On 6-15-98 at 0805 CDT, the Plant Shift Superintendent was nobfied that one document and nine drawings had been found during the classified mat 1 rial sweep of the plant which was not properly marked as to its classification and had not been properly protected to prevent its compromise.

This documents were discovered in the C-100 vault (a classified repository). The document had been brought from C-720 to the C-100 vault in 11 97, but had not been protected prior to that date. The documents were reviewed and determined to contain classified information. The documents will be property destroyed.

This documents were discovered in the C-100 vault (a classrfied repository). The document had been brought from C-335 to the C-100 vault on 10-15-98, but had not been protected prior to that date. The documents were reviewed and determined to contain classified information. The docurnents will be properly destroyed.

On 6-19-98 at 0830 CDT the Plant Shift Superintendent was notified that classified information with legacy issues was discovw-1 on an unclassified computer system during the classified material sweep of the plant. The information had not been properly protected to prevent its enrr, promise. This information was discovered in the Controlled Access Area and access was very limited. The information was reviewed and determined to contain classified information. Access to the system war; terminated. Hard copies of the information were retrieved and secured in a classified repository.
