The 400 foot meteorological, tower shall be located as shown on' Figure 5.1.3-1 " The existing TS Section 5.5.1 reads, "The meteorological: tower) shall be located on Figure: 5.1.1-l'."
The corresponding figures would also-be substituted.

2.0 EVALUATION y
The existing TS Section 5.5.1 and figure. indicate:only one meteorological tower.- The proposed amendment does not involve a physical changeLat the-plant.
It would make Section'5.5.1 consistent with:SectionL3.3.7.3,

4.0 CONCLUSION
The Comission made a proposed determination that the amendment invnives no significant hazards consideration which was published in the Federal Register (52 FR 9573) on March 25, 1987 and consulted with the State of -
No public coments were received, and the. State of New York' did not have any comments.
The staff.has concluded, based on the considerations discussed above, that:- (1) there is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered by operation in the proposed manner, and-(2) such activities will be conducted.in compliance with the Comission's regulations and the issuance'of this' amendment will not be inimical tn the-comon defense and the security nor to'the health and safety of the public.
