(1) Corrected due to an error discovered in the calculation of the Ge(Li) emcency. Corrected values are in hold and the previously reported values are in (parenthesis).

(2) Airborne emuents from the OSTR contained no detectable particulate radioactivity resulting from reactor operations, and there were no releases of any radioisotopes in airborne emuents in concentrations greater than 20% of the applicable emuent concentration. (20% is a value taken from the OSTR Technical Specifications.)

(3) Routine gamma spectroscopy analysis of the gaseous radioactivity in the OSTR stack discharge indicated the only detectable radionuclides was argon-41.

(4) The power was inadvertently omitted. The value should have been 4.3 x 104.
